[3.17.05]

Please check my blog, five by five , for more frequent updates on the CD, lyrics, and compositions, as well as meditations on hip-hop, philosophy, politics, art, etc. Please don't forget to leave comments or I will be forced to hunt you down and plant a technotopian chip in yo skull, borg.

[3.1.05]

I am currently working on a sense of life hip-hop CD inspired by the novels and philosophy of Ayn Rand as well as the more "philosophically viable" aesthetics of the hip-hop oeuvre, eg, pride, rational self-interest and the pursuit of happiness as an end in itself. Right now I have four songs completed and will most likely finish two more for an April 05 release date. The first track, 20,000 Volts, is available to download with lyrics.

All the tracks on the CD will feature all your favorite exaltronic elements- trumpetronics, six-string science, trop-grosse basslines and boogified drum programming- plus philosophically dense lyrics that celebrate reason, purpose, and self-esteem.

exaltron hits the racks baby!

Triangulation was selected by drummer Billy Martin of Medeski, Martin & Wood to be included on Antidote- Vol. 2 of his series "illyB eats", a compiliation of tracks by various artists using Billy Martin's original breakbeat vinyl in their compostions. This is a limited pressing of 1000 copies, so don't delay, order yours today- And tell 'em you saw it on exaltron.com!

I'm on this record!!
